Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy
At Tiny Labs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we accept items returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and offer a full refund of the product at the purchase price.
Refund Policy
Refunds are given for orders returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in original, new condition and include all original packaging and parts.
Opened items with incomplete accessories, packaging, or missing parts may receive a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
Incomplete, Misrepresented, or Opened Returns
Opened items with incomplete accessories, packaging, or missing parts will receive a refund with a 20% restocking fee subtracted.
Tiny Labs reserves the right to test dead-on-arrival and compatibility-related returns and may impose a customer fee equal to 25% of the sales price if the product condition is misrepresented. Products damaged through misuse, tampering, or returned in used/unsellable condition may also incur restocking and condition-based fees.
We recommend shipping via insured ground service with tracking. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Tiny Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), email support@tinylabs.io. All returns require an RMA number.
Products Not Eligible for Refund or Return
Products not eligible for return/refund will be sent back at your expense. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any product missing an RMA number.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories (for example, retail box, manuals, and cables).
- Any product where the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Products that exhibit physical damage.
- Special order custom-built products, kits, devices, or wholesale orders.
Return shipping costs are covered by Tiny Labs when the return is due to our error (such as missing or incorrect items). Tiny Labs allows two business days from receipt for claims involving missing items or transit damage.
Your return will be processed according to our RMA guidelines once received by our support team.

Product Warranty
We cover our products under a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts and labor. Under this warranty policy, we may repair or exchange a damaged product purchased from us.
What the Warranty Doesn't Cover
Your warranty does not cover:
- Shipping charges to return a defective product.
- Damage caused by power outages (we recommend using a surge protector).
- Repairs or part replacement due to improper installation, improper voltage supply, abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or causes outside our control.
- Damage during return shipping due to improper packaging or packaging costs.
- Dead batteries (consumables).
In no event shall Tiny Labs (USA), Inc.'s liability exceed the price paid for the product for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the product, software, or documentation. Replacement equipment may be new, recertified, or refurbished and carries the remainder of the original one-year warranty.
Tiny Labs does not offer refunds outside the return policy terms above; warranty service is provided through repair, exchange, or replacement where applicable.
Note: Compatibility can often be reasonably assured but cannot be guaranteed in every hardware/software environment. Incompatibility in a specific setup does not automatically mean a product is defective. Please review compatibility information before purchasing.
